Please make note of these plans for Sunday, November 10, 2024:

  • We will be welcoming several new member households during the service. Please plan to come and welcome them!
  • We will share some refreshments and fellowship following the service. Please sign up in the entryway if you would like to contribute any refreshments.

Fall 2024 Prayer Vigil

Save the Date: on Wednesday, October 30 from 5:00-7:00pm, we'll have our next Prayer Vigil at church. From 5:00-6:00pm, the church will be open for quiet, individual prayer time. Beginning at 6:00pm, we will have a time of sharing various prayer needs with one another and lifting up those prayers to the Lord. Then, we'll close the evening with a structured prayer service with Scripture readings and hymns. Please join us to pray for your needs, for our congregation, for our country, and for one another.

Fall 2024 Project Day

Help Wanted - please join us on Saturday, October 26 beginning at 9:00am as we work on various indoor and outdoor projects on our church property. Potential tasks will include tree trimming and limb removal, gutter cleaning, window washing, and an indoor deep cleaning. If you're able to share an hour or two of your time, please come and lend a hand on the 26th!

Luther Movie Night

Join us at St. Matthew for a movie night on Friday, October 25 at 6:00 PM. We'll be watching and discussing Luther, a 2003 movie which tells the story of Martin Luther, from becoming a monk, to challenging the abuses in the medieval church, to leading the Protestant Reformation. Brink a favorite snack or drink to share and come learn more about our Lutheran heritage!
