Family Fun Night

St. Matthew families and friends of the congregation are invited to a Family Fun Night on Friday, August 22 from 6:00-8:00 pm. We will have a grill out & picnic. Meat, buns, and condiments will be provided with Thrivent funds. Please bring a snack to share. Bring a game to play if you'd like to hang out indoors. Bring yard games and lawn chairs for outdoors. We'll provide some water activities outdoors. (Bring a bathing suit and towel if you plan on getting wet.) If you have any questions or if you'd like to lend a hand, please contact Pastor Kory or Jake Roper.

Outreach Meeting - August 17

Members of the congregation are invited to stay for a brief meeting in regard to our outreach ministry on Sunday, August 17 following the service. Pastor Janneke will facilitate the meeting but all are welcome to contribute to our discussion. Please bring both your suggestions and ideas as we prayerfully consider outreach opportunities for the coming year!

Family Movie Night at Peace - July 25

Second Annual Bible Collection

Do you have any extra Bibles that you'd like to donate to people around the world who are hungry for the Word of God? During the months of July and August, we are collecting Bibles, Bible reference materials, Christian non-fiction books, and daily devotionals. A donation box is available in the church fellowship hall. Picking up gently used Bibles and Christian books from resale stores is a great way to help! The Bibles and books will be shipped to Love Packages, an organization that sends Christian literature around the world. Please contact Laurie Casteel if you have any questions. Thank you for supporting this project!

Voter's Meeting - June 22, 2025

Confirmed members of St. Matthew are invited to stay for a brief voter's meeting after the 10:00am service on Sunday, June 22, 2025. The meeting will include brief reports from the pastor and the church council. The main business will be the election/re-election of several positions for the church council. Your participation is encouraged and appreciated!
