On Sunday, August 16, 2026, Rev. Dr. Leroy Leach was installed as St. Matthew's Assistant Pastor. Rev. Leach has spent decades in pastoral ministry. Prior to his retirement, he was a theology professor at Concordia University Bronxville, NY. Rev. Leach will serve St. Matthew on an as-needed basis when Pastor Janneke is unavailable. He is also assisting Peace Lutheran in Conway during their pastoral vacancy and sometimes serves other area LCMS congregations as well. We are grateful for Rev. Leach's continued dedication to Christ's kingdom and for his service in our midst! Here are several pictures from a special day on the 16th.
